HR and talent specialist who is very interested in unconventional solutions in recruitment and organizational development.

In the past decades, I created and managed countless educational, social reintegration, labor market and HR projects. The vast majority of these are born in order to find new ways to solve and treat otherwise well-known problems.

My experience shows that where a group with different characteristics than the average appears (e.g. full-time international BSc students, final year or recently graduated international students), the usual HR practices and recruitment processes do not see the members of this group. That is why new solutions and new routes need to be explored and developed in HR.

Thousands of talented and committed international students live in university hubs across Europe who difficulty find internships and jobs at local companies and institutions. This is a staggering waste. Let’s change it together!
