How does Y-side support you?
To foster a cohesive community of students and young professionals, providing them with a supportive environment where they can collaborate, seek assistance from one another, and alleviate feelings of isolation. By creating a platform for mutual support, we aim to enhance motivation and reduce the inherent risks associated with the job-seeking process.
Why so important to build a community?
Starting a new life alone in a new country is not an easy task. We have to adapt to a series of situations, we have to recognize the opportunity that arises. Finally, we must be able to handle the resulting stress and burnout.

When you are searching for jobs, you have a few months long gap until you land a job. That gap is associated with a lot of negative emotions and feelings.
Frustration, rejection, anger. You don’t feel that you are progressing. You feel stuck. We help you to use that gap fully. We’ll provide challenges, tasks, mentoring during that period, so even you haven’t got a job yet, you’ll be busy with other projects and can have the support from others to prevent burnout.
